Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% within 24 hours. For a no show you will be charged 70% of your missed appointment in order to rebook. You must click the link that was sent to you when your appointment was booked in order to cancel
Or reschedule. You can not CALL the 800 number that sends you the link to do any of the following, cancel or reschedule, as I will not get the information. If you don’t have the link you must call 309-698-8050 (Salon) or 309-215-6973 (Personal)
